About Our Sports Center

Cheyo Sports Center is an elite and fully integrated academy located at Misigalo street nearly Madini Regional Office,in Tabora municipality as the Headquarters. The academy was registered by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania under National Sports Council on 13th June 2024 with registration number NSC 13889, though the operations started way back. Currently, the academy accommodates Eighty (80) Boys and Twenty (20) Girls in age categorized training groups, as U10, U13, U15, U17, and U20. Moreover, the academy has developed the strong bond with Tabora Boys High School ever since, all the trainings is being held on that school. The academy main purpose is to offer a top inclusive for talented boys’ and girls as youths’ program from all regions in Tanzania, and helping them to reach their full potential through a full professional and integrated football program.

Katika kilele cha mashindano ya Nyerere Memorial Cup 2025, timu ya Cheyo SC imefanikiwa kutwaa ubingwa baada ya kuifunga Kanyenye FC kwa mabao 4–2 katika mchezo wa fainali uliokuwa wa kusisimua na wenye ushindani mkubwa. Mchezo ulianza kwa kasi huku timu zote zikionesha nia ya kushinda. Cheyo SC walikuwa wa kwanza kupata bao, wakitumia vyema nafasi waliyoipata. Hata hivyo, Kanyenye FC hawakukata tamaa na waliweza kusawazisha, hali iliyoongeza ushindani ndani ya mchezo.
